Get to know the most important ingredients and how to pronounce them in Italian. We will also talk about the famous Mediterranean diet and its importance in the world.
Francesca Di Spirito
Francesca Di Spirito was born in Turin, Italy. During her studies she went to England twice to study English. Always passionate about food culture, in 2016 she graduated in Food Science and Technology at the University of Turin. She works for about two years in the Guido Castagna workshop, specialized in the production of high quality chocolate. In 2018 she decided to move to Taiwan to start studying the Chinese language at Providence University, Taichung.
