In this kind of rhythm,

“Slow Down, It’s Okay”
is a small yet profound reflective workshop.
Through guided video viewing, emotional journaling, and group creation,
we’ll gently untangle inner anxieties,
and rediscover the power of being understood and accepted through shared support.
This is more than just an event—it’s an invitation:

and live with a gentler pace alongside those around you.

• Capacity: 10 participants (priority given to those who joined “Anonymous Embrace”)
